has over 40 years of experience in addressing unique engineering
problems relating to HVAC and plumbing related issues in residential,
commercial and industrial buildings. Mr. Fleischman has testified
on a wide variety of HVAC related issues.
Mr. Fleischman has provided technical and management services to corporate, individuals
and govenments, in the fields of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, control systems
and energy management. Typical projects have included load calculations, duct
and piping design, system design specification preparation, equipment selection,
construction and installation supervision and final inspections. Design work
included duct, piping, electrical and control systems for residential and industrial
projects.
